General Summary:

Climb Channel Solutions, a specialty distributor focused on driving success with innovative vendors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an open Operations Manager position. This role is responsible for aiding in the success of our Product Management, Warehouse and Purchasing (“back-office”) teams in addition to handling facility maintenance duties.

As a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Manager will work closely with our back-office teams to ensure tasks are being completed within our specific time range, handle any daily issues that arise and assist the Director of Operations with process improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for handling daily matters within back-office teams, including reviewing daily and weekly reports, reviewing and authorizing payment of weekly freight/shipping invoices
• Coordinating and leading weekly team calls to create and prioritize action items based on meeting discussions
• Handling facility maintenance tasks, submitting request/support tickets to landlord as well as working with outside vendors for leased office equipment
• Serving as the number one escalation point for order and shipping issues
• Jumping in to assist back-office teams whenever needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively and prioritizing tasks appropriately
• Ability to juggle multiple requests and to prioritize accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Providing excellent customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to master processes and procedures quickly
• Possessing a process improvement mindset

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Authorized to work in the US
