General Summary:

Climb Channel Solutions, a distributor of IT products and services, is currently seeking an Intern, who is eager to learn the ins and outs of Brand Sales and Alliance management within the Information Technology Channel. This Internship is a paid part-time role in which the Intern will be exposed to and working directly with Climb Channel Solutions Alliances, Marketing and Brand Sales Teams. The Intern’s day-to-day assigned tasks and duties primary focus will be assisting the Alliances Team and will also be tasked to assist the Marketing and Brands Sales Teams from time-to-time. As a Climb Channel Solutions team member, you'll work in a fast-paced environment and make an impact on our business contributing towards the success of our company! The Intern position will be reporting to Climb’s Crownsville, MD.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partner Alliance Management
  • Working collaboratively with Alliance Managers and Brand Sales on enablement for partners, marketing actions, and field sales actions
  • Assisting with execution of new partners launches
  • Assisting with data collection for Marketing and Business Intelligence purposes
• Resource Coordination
  • Assisting in coordination, management and scheduling of partner meetings, trainings, events, and sales actions
  • Assisting with the tracking and reporting of marketing and sales actions and activities
• Marketing
  • Assisting with execution of various field marketing actions, including, but no limited to trainings, brand building, demand generation and partner recruitment events
  • Assist with social media posts for brand building

Required Skills:

• College Senior, or recent College Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Office and Teams
• Ability to multitask and effectively communicate in person, on the phone and in virtual meetings
