General Summary:

Climb Channel Solutions, a distributor of IT products and services, is currently seeking qualified candidates in order to fill an Order Entry Clerk position. As an Order Entry Clerk, you would provide administrative support to our Sales Team, by assisting with the processing/completing the orders for the sale of our various product and services offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working with sales team members to process orders effectively and accurately
• Maintaining order standards and meeting vendor requirements
• Performing general customer service responsibilities including data management
• Handling customer license key resends and account creation and maintenance
• Securely handling/processing customer credit card information; maintaining PCI compliance guidelines

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Strong sense of customer satisfaction, “going above and beyond”
• Detail oriented along with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, MS Suite preferred
• Self-motivated and proactive; having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Eager to learn and expand product knowledge
• Prior office experience preferred

• High School diploma required
